I couldn't be more happy with our menu so far.  We go in for a tasting soon to finalize the vegetarian option.  Here's what we have so far.

Filet with Adobo Rub served with Corn Tamal and Spinach

Chicken Breast marinated in Tamarind-Chipotle Salsa served with Mexican Rice and Zucchini Sofrito

Poblano stuffed with Butternut Squash and topped with Cetli Salsa (corn-saffron sauce) served with Cilantro-Poblano Rice

OK.  Guacamole doesn't sound that exciting, but at this restaurant (and at our reception) they make it tableside!

Drinks

We are having an open bar, hands down.  

This is a pic of their famous margaritas.  During regular dinner service, your server actually mixes the drink for you at the table.  We'll see what happens at the reception.

The restaurant specially ordered wild hisbiscus (they don't normally serve it) for our reception.  We plan to use it for our toasts and other various cocktails.
